Am 1. Tag der kritischen Einführungswoche findet um 16h in der Mieze (Gutenbergstraße 3) der Vortrag "Extractivism, Ecocide and colonial structures" mit Ende Gelände statt.
Der Vortrag wird auf Englisch gehalten, Flüsterübersetzungen auf Deutsch sind möglich.
Extractivism, ecocide and colonial structures
lecture and discussion about water regional and international water struggles. Where do the ressources that we consume come from, how are they extracted and who is suffering from it?
We want to adress these questions by focussing on struggles for access to clean water and putting them into broader (neo-)colonail context.
We want to do this by looking critically at our relationship to nature and to the imperial view on natural ressources and their exploitation.
